Terms and Conditions

All returns must have a Return Authorization Number (R.A.#) on the box and must be shipped freight prepaid. Product received without a valid R.A.# will be refused. The R.A. # must be obtained from the Customer Service Department. All returns MUST be received in the factory within 30 days of issuance of the R.A. #. Returns are subject to examination at the discretion of BioDynamics, Ltd. Returns may be subject to a 25 % restocking fee. Custom fabricated products may not be returned.

Errors & Omissions

All BioDynamics, Ltd. Products are quality controlled prior to shipping. Due to these procedures, discrepancies and errors are rare. However, should there be a problem, it must be reported to BioDynamics´ Customer Service within three weeks of receipt of the order, for resolution/cancellation.

If an order needs to be cancelled, a valid cancellation # must be obtained from BioDynamics, Ltd. Customer Service Department. Re-stocking charges will occur on orders in progress, and will be assessed based on the stage of completion. Custom fabricated products will be charged at 100%.

Limited Warranty

  • Steel Hardware - Life Time Warranty
  • Foam, Wood, and Workmanship - 1 year
  • Upholstery - 90 Days against defects in material and/or workmanship under normal use.
  • This replacement warranty does not include misuse of the product.

Price Quotes

If requested, customer service will provide a written quote on products. Written quotes will be valid for 120 days.


Orders may be placed over the telephone, faxed or mailed into the Customer Service Department. Measurement and Order Forms are provided in the catalog to assist in ordering. Phone orders must be followed up with a hard copy confirming P.O. Any questions, call Customer Service.

Dealer Accounts & Terms

A BioDynamics, Ltd.´s CREDIT/NEW DEALER APPLICATION must be completed and approved before an account can be established. BioDynamics´ standard terms for open accounts are net 30 days, unless other terms are agreed upon. Completed orders will not be shipped, and new orders will not be processed on accounts with outstanding balances over 60 days.


All BioDynamics, Ltd. Products are shipped ground, FOB Plainview. For requests of special handling or exceptional freight, up-charges will be billed.


BioDynamics, Ltd. is not responsible for any product used incorrectly or with the wrong application. We recommend that positioning products should be used in conjunction with a team of professionals that have been involved with the evaluation of the client.

BioDynamics, Ltd. liability is limited to the replacement of any product that was manufactured defectively or that was made in error by BioDynamics, Ltd.
