Custom Solid Mild Contour Back Insert, 15" to 20" in width and height, made of a ½" of HDPE (High Density Polyethylene), a mild contour foam module (Medium Package 1" Soft Sunmate on½" Medium Sunmate), a zippered Black Neoprene (Rubatex) cover and secured by depth/angle adjustable steel mounting hardware (standard duty 4ea. L-Brackets w/4 holes, 4ea. J-Hooks w/1 countersunk hole & 4ea. horseshoe clamps for 1" tubing ). (T-Nuts installed to accept a pair of aluminum tracks for future mounting of Lateral Trunk Supports and Lateral Hip/Thigh Supports). (Contour represents a 1½" difference in foam from lateral edges of back to the center of back)

If color other than Black Neoprene is desired, replace the last two letters of the model number (NB) with those from Color Selection section. i.e.- SB01-NB becomes SB01-NE when color Eggplant is desired.
If mounting hardware other than the above (including a one piece, hinged, seat and back system) is desired, select a modification from section A 4.1
If foam other than the Medium Package above is desired, select an alternative pre-set package from section A 3.2.1.1 or create a custom configuration from section A 3.2.1.2
