BioForm Upper Extremity Support Tray Surface (U.E.S.S.), including; 3/8" White Sanalite, a pair of slide channels with a rear securing fastex buckle strap. White Sanalite is an FDA approved surface for the food service industry making it an ideal selection for easy cleaning and for "messy" applications. The U.E.S.S. is useful in upper trunk positioning when "righting" of the client requires stabilization using the arms. It is also a very useful surface for learning materials, food and other A.D.L. items.
