A pair of three sided footboxes, manufactured from heavy duty ½" high density polyethelene, each designed to accommodate a single foot. Mounting hardware is provided so the seating team can mount footboxes a solid seat pan on the wheelchair.

The BioForm line of Footboxes offer a wide array of styles and mounting options. Our 2 styles of Footboxes are: single leg boxes (designed to accommodate one leg per Footbox), and a 1 piece Footbox (designed to accommodate both legs in one Footbox). The Footboxes are available with hardware for: mounting to footplates, mounting to hanger tubes or mounting to a solid seat pan. We also offer our Footboxes without mounting hardware to offer you a more local/custom mounting solution. All Footbox options are available padded or non-padded. Padded units have the pad modules secured to the walls of the Footboxes with t-nuts and screws for added durability.
Our standard sizes are available to fit 14", 16", 18" and 20" wheelchairs. If a custom size is needed, select the appropriate model#.
