BioForm Padded Footplates Extender

This accessory consists of a pair of high density polyethelene, rectangular shaped footplate extenders. This footplate comes with a padded module on the top surface, covered in Vinyl, mounted with t-nuts and screws. The footplate extenders are pre-drilled and slotted for easy mounting. The securing bolts and locknuts are provided.

BioDynamics manufactures Footplates Extenders that are shipped with pre-drilled holes (countersunk) and mounting hardware for easy mounting in the appropriate position. Our Footplates Extenders are made with a ½" High Density Polyethylene (H.D.P.E.) base. The padded version has a ¼" of H.D.P.E., summate foam and Vinyl (Naugahyde) covered module secured to the base with hardware.
Our standard sizes are available to fit 14", 16", 18" and 20" wheelchairs. If a custom size is needed, select the appropriate model#.
If covering other than Black Vinyl is desired, replace the last four digits of the model number (V393) with those from Color Selection section. i.e.- CJS-V393 becomes CJS-V354 when Vinyl Royal Blue is desired.
